Keynotes & Workshops on Nervous System Regulation, Performance & Embodied Leadership
Cynthia Aguiar is a Performance Mentor, trauma-informed life coach, and keynote speaker specializing in nervous system regulation, resilience under pressure, and embodied leadership.
With a background in education (B.Ed.) and psychology, Cynthia delivers science-backed keynotes and interactive workshops that help leaders, professionals, and communities perform with clarity, emotional regulation, and sustainable energy.
She has spoken at business and leadership institutions including Ivey Business School, and is a recurring presenter for the Brain Injury Association of Canada and regional brain injury conferences. She has facilitated embodiment-based women’s leadership events, wellness conferences such as Why to Let Go Conference, and corporate and community workshops across Canada.
Cynthia has also been featured as a guest on leading podcasts, including a conversation on performance and resilience with former NFL player Marcus Ogden on the Authenticity Podcast.
Before stepping fully into speaking and coaching, Cynthia performed on hundreds of stages as a professional dancer and storyteller through movement. Her ability to command a room blends lived experience, neuroscience, performance training, and grounded presence.
After sustaining a brain injury in 2021, Cynthia used nervous system tools and EFT Tapping as part of her own recovery — returning to the stage and building multiple successful ventures. Today, she brings those same tools to conferences, associations, leadership teams, women’s circles, and high-performing communities seeking resilience without burnout.
Based in London, Ontario, she speaks across Canada and is open to travel.
